Research & Evaluation

A strong commitment to data-driven decision-making is a key component in the Quality Education for All Fund.

Before the Quality Education for All Fund was announced, donors and school district officials spent many months studying best practices from around the country, and looking at community input that came through the Jacksonville Public Education Fund’s ONE by ONE campaign. Much of that research was conducted by The Bridgespan Group, a firm that looked both at existing needs and resources, as well as listening to district leaders such as new superintendent Dr. Nikolai Vitti (who was appointed in November 2012) and community members.

The Jacksonville Public Education Fund has also contributed a variety of research products that have been useful as the work has unfolded.

As the work of the Quality Education for All Fund is implemented, continuous evaluation is a crucial component and evaluative reports will be posted as they become available.
