The investments of the Quality Education for All Fund are a holistic suite of programs that were created with direction from Duval County Public Schools and with the input received by the community in the Jacksonville Public Education Fund’s ONE by ONE campaign.
All of the investments were under way starting in the 2014-2015 school year, with some that started earlier than that. The vast majority of the investment is targeted at the 36 schools overseen by the Duval Transformation Office. They include Raines, Ribault and Jackson high schools, as well as their feeder pattern elementary and middle schools.
